The announcement bar is a thin bar displayed above the header. It is used to show rotating announcements such as promotions, free shipping thresholds, or store news, along with optional localization selectors and social media links.
Each announcement is added as an Announcement block inside the announcement bar section. You can add multiple blocks, and they will rotate automatically.
When multiple announcement blocks are present, they rotate automatically. The Duration setting controls how long each announcement is displayed before transitioning to the next one. The interval can be set between 3 and 15 seconds.
The announcement bar can display country and language selectors, letting customers switch their region or language without leaving the page.
These selectors only appear if your store has more than one country or language configured in Settings > Markets.
Enable Show social icons to display your store's social media links in the announcement bar. Social media links are managed in Theme settings > Social media.
